Event Description
As per the permission of college, we have organized guest lecture on the topic “Ecorestoration as a Tool for sustainability” held on 10/03/2016 in college campus. The lecture was attended by M.Sc. II & IVthsem. Student’s of Zoology & EVS, Botany and Forestry Department. For this purpose the invited speaker was Dr H.B. Vasistha, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun. The main highlights under the discussion of the topic mentioned above were following:
- Factors responsible for degradation
- Restoration
- Reclamation
- Rehabilitation
CONCLUTION- This lecture was beneficial to all students for enhanced his knowledge, about the Ecorestoration as a Tool for sustainability. Faculties present during guest lecture from Botany, Zoology & EVS Department, UCBMS&H.
