Health Awareness Program Through Survey

MOTTO OF CONDUCTING SURVEY:

ॐ सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः
सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ।सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु
मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग्भवेत् ।
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः

A survey was conducted by the students of Physiotherapy department of Uttaranchal College Of Biomedical Sciences and Hospital, in the vicinity of the Shri Guru Nanak Dev Hospital, Sewla khurd.

AIM OF CONDUCTING THE SURVEY:

1. Promotion of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Hospital
2. Get a data of geriatric patients, any handicaps living nearby and ignorant of the facilities being provided in the hospital.
3. Feedback of people reagrding awarness against ill health.
4. To make people aware of health and prevention of diseases.

OUTCOMES OF THE SURVEY:

1. Few patients reported to Hospital for physiotherapy treatment.
2. People were aware of the facilities and appreciated the efforts being taken.
3. Few people needed physiotherapy treatment at home.

FUTURE PLANS :

1. To conduct more surveys in upcoming month.
2. To provide better treatment to the patients.
